One emcee keeps things on track. Two take it to the next level, with built-in chemistry, real-time collaboration and an energy that adapts to the room. We bounce off each other, keep the energy fresh and never let the room fall flat.

What types of events do you emcee?

Conferences, summits, retreats, awards shows, galas, receptions and the occasional costume-heavy cruise ship variety show. If it has a mic, a run of show and humans in seats, we’re in.

Do you stay on script or improvise?

Both. Like jazz musicians with a setlist. We come prepared, but we stay present. If something changes, we roll with it and make the audience feel like it was meant to happen that way.

Can you match our brand tone or event theme?

We’re human chameleons (but more fun and less scaly). Whether you’re going for buttoned-up, playful, high-energy or heartfelt, we adjust to meet your message.

Our frequent flyer miles say yes. We’re based near Baltimore, but we’ll go wherever your event takes us, planes, trains and yes, cruise ships.

Can you help us with scripting or run-of-show planning?

Absolutely. We’re more than just mic holders, we’re showflow strategists. Bring us in early and we’ll help design transitions, pacing and moments that pop.

What if our audience is… a little stiff?

Perfect. We love a challenge. We specialize in cracking tough rooms open, gently. Nobody gets embarrassed. Everyone gets engaged.

What do you need from us to be successful?

A clear run-of-show, some pre-event communication and a point of contact who can answer “where’s the clicker?” five minutes before showtime. The more we know, the better we flow.

Do you handle AV or slides?

We don’t run the tech booth, but we collaborate with them like pros. We’ll review transitions, slides, cues, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. (Mo’s military background loves a good checklist.)

We dress to match your vibe, whether that’s branded, business casual, black tie or theme-party fabulous. (And yes, we’ve coordinated sequins before.)

How far in advance should we book?

Sooner = smoother. We’re booking 3–12 months out, but hey, reach out even if your event is next week. If we’re available, we’re in.

Do you offer event support beyond emceeing?

Yes! We offer keynote speaking, entertainment, creative hosting formats (like trivia) and even help shape your audience experience strategy. We’re built-in engagement consultants with microphones.

Katy does (professionally). Mo joins in when Katy makes her. We can incorporate musical moments – parodies, transitions, singalongs, custom intros – if that fits your crowd and your tone.

Who’s the funnier one?

We’ll let your audience decide. For what it’s worth, they do have a spreadsheet tracking number of drinks through noses.

Have you ever had to wing it?

Yes. And nobody noticed. A speaker no-shows. A mic dies. A slide deck ghosts. We’ve got backup plans for our backup plans. Your audience will never see the panic behind the polish.
